1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Dargah Lodge Booking ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to Dargah Lodge Booking website and all related services
• "User" refers to any person accessing the Platform
• "Customer" refers to users booking lodges
• "Lodge Owner" refers to property owners listing their lodges
• "Booking" refers to a confirmed reservation made through the Platform

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration:

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may maintain only one account
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

3.2 Account Security:

• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account
• We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account
• Users must not share their account with others

4. For Customers

4.1 Booking Process:

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment
• Customers must provide accurate information for all bookings
• Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS and email
• Customers must present valid ID proof during check-in

4.2 Payment:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking
• We use Razorpay as our payment gateway
• Additional taxes and fees may apply

4.3 Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers must adhere to lodge rules and check-in/check-out times
• Any damage to property must be compensated
• Customers must maintain appropriate behavior
• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities may be prohibited by lodges

5. For Lodge Owners

5.1 Listing Requirements:

• Lodge owners must provide accurate and complete information
• All listings must be verified and approved by our admin team
• Photos and descriptions must accurately represent the property
• Amenities and facilities must be truthfully listed

5.2 Booking Management:

• Lodge owners must honor confirmed bookings
• Room availability must be kept updated
• Check-in and check-out must be facilitated as confirmed
• Any issues must be reported to the Platform immediately

5.3 Commission and Payments:

• Commission rates will be agreed upon during registration
• Payments will be processed according to agreed terms
• Lodge owners are responsible for applicable taxes

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellations:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before check-in: Full refund (excluding payment gateway charges)
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

6.2 Lodge Owner Cancellations:

• Lodge owners should not cancel confirmed bookings
• In case of emergency cancellation, customers will receive full refund
• Repeated cancellations may result in suspension from the Platform

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Interfere with the Platform's operation
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dargah Lodge Booking or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete accuracy of information provided by lodge owners
• The quality of lodges or services
• Resolution of disputes between customers and lodge owners

10. Limitation of Liability

Dargah Lodge Booking acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with lodge owners. We are not liable for:

• Quality of accommodation or services provided by lodges
• Disputes between customers and lodge owners
• Loss, damage, or injury during stays
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from force majeure events

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dargah Lodge Booking, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Violation of any rights of third parties
• Use or misuse of the Platform

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Platform Disputes: Any disputes regarding the Platform should be first addressed to our customer support.

12.2 Booking Disputes: We will attempt to mediate disputes between customers and lodge owners, but we are not obligated to resolve such disputes.

12.3 Legal Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gulbarga, Karnataka.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove listings that don't meet our standards
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue the Platform at any time

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our data practices.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
