Yes, you can cancel your booking from your dashboard. Cancellation policy varies by lodge, but generally:
- Free cancellation 48+ hours before check-in
- 50% refund for 24-48 hours before check-in
- No refund for cancellations within 24 hours
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Currently, you need to cancel your existing booking and create a new one. We recommend checking availability before cancelling. Date modification feature is coming soon!
